Experience and Scope
I currently serve as Solutions Sales Manager at Navagis, a Premier Google Maps Platform partner, where I lead go-to-market alignment with Google Cloud and Maps field teams across North America. The work centers on platform adoption, expansion, and partner-led growth in usage-based revenue models.
Prior to Navagis, I scaled channel and CSP growth at ISI Analytics, delivering 132 percent quota attainment across eight consecutive quarters. Earlier in my career, I founded and exited Parlayking LTD, a SaaS analytics company built on predictive modeling. That experience shaped how I translate messy data into decisions teams can execute.
Operating Philosophy
My operating model is align, diagnose, implement, execute. Alignment creates shared definitions. Diagnosis focuses on data and deal reality. Implementation builds the system. Execution enforces standards through cadence and coaching.
Relationships matter, but math wins. A strong sales organization can explain why revenue will happen, not just hope that it does.
Leadership Style
I operate as a player-coach with high standards and low ego. I coach behaviors before outcomes and build cultures where accountability and trust coexist.
Strong sales leadership requires cross-functional fluency. Sales, product, partners, and RevOps must move together or the forecast becomes fiction.
Beyond Work
Before business, there was baseball. I played collegiate ball after an All-State high school career, which shaped my discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with family, fish, golf, and spend time on the water in gorgeous Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
